Behind the Screens

The people who make sure your apps work perfectly, one test at a time

How We Got Here

Back in 2020, I was debugging a payment flow that kept crashing on older Android devices. The client was losing thousands in sales daily, but traditional testing tools kept missing the issue. That's when it hit me — we needed testing that actually mirrors how real people use apps.

Started with just two of us in a small office in Phuket. Now we handle mobile testing for companies across Thailand, from Bangkok startups to regional enterprises. The mission hasn't changed: catch the problems before your users do.

We've seen apps fail because of everything from memory leaks on Samsung Galaxy devices to UI breaks during iOS updates. Each project teaches us something new about mobile behavior patterns and edge cases that automated tools simply can't predict.

Our Testing Philosophy

1

Real Device Testing

We test on actual phones and tablets that people use daily. Emulators miss hardware-specific issues like battery drain patterns, camera integration problems, and performance variations between chip manufacturers.

Network Reality Checks

Thailand's network conditions vary dramatically between Bangkok's 5G zones and rural 3G areas. We simulate these real-world scenarios because your app needs to work everywhere your users are, not just in perfect conditions.

3

Edge Case Hunting

The interesting bugs happen when users do unexpected things — rotating screens mid-transaction, switching apps during uploads, or using accessibility features. We specifically look for these scenarios that break standard testing approaches.
