We stand behind our mobile app testing services. Refunds are
available when services don't meet the agreed specifications or if
we can't deliver what was promised in your service agreement.
You're eligible for a refund if we fail to complete testing within
the agreed timeframe, miss critical bugs that should have been
caught during our validation process, or if our testing doesn't
cover the scope outlined in your project brief.
Important: Testing reports already delivered and
accepted cannot be refunded, but ongoing or future testing phases
can be adjusted or refunded based on your experience.

Submit your refund request
through our support system or email within 30 days of service
completion. Include your project details and specific concerns
about the testing results.
Review Period (3-5 business
days)
Our team reviews your case,
examines the testing deliverables, and assesses whether the
service met the agreed standards. We'll contact you if we need
additional information.
Decision & Processing (5-7
business days)
Once approved, refunds are
processed back to your original payment method. Bank transfers
may take longer than credit card refunds depending on your
financial institution.

We handle each situation individually because mobile app testing
can involve complex scenarios. If something doesn't seem right with
your experience, we'd rather discuss it openly than stick to rigid
rules.
Sometimes a partial refund makes more sense than a full refund.
This happens when we've completed some testing phases successfully
but run into issues with later stages of your project.
For example, if we completed device compatibility testing but
couldn't properly test your app's payment integration due to
sandbox access issues, we'd refund the payment testing portion
while you keep the compatibility results.
We calculate partial refunds based on the testing phases completed
versus the total project scope. This ensures you pay only for the
value you actually received.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method whenever
possible. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business
days, while bank transfer refunds can take up to 14 business days
depending on your bank's processing time.
If your original payment method is no longer available, we can
arrange alternative refund methods. This might require additional
verification steps to ensure security, which could extend the
processing time by 3-5 business days.
For international clients, currency conversion rates are handled by
your financial institution. We process refunds in the same currency
you used for payment, but exchange rate fluctuations might affect
the final amount you receive.
